Geocache Description:

CACHE IS NOT AT LISTED POSITION. The first Leap Second occurred in 1972. You'll need to understand the relationship between arc to time to snatch this micro. This is a fun hide, in a place that (at present) is absent from geocaches.

Review the "related web page" link to get information on leap seconds and make note of the date this was placed in case there are additional leap second corrections. Once you get the correction you'll need to determine if the arc to time relationship applies to latitude or longitude as well as determine the direction to which it applies (N/E/S/W). Oh, yeah...I want to go back to 1972! You don't need to cross over any fences to find me. STARTING POSITION FOR THE PUZZLE: N21 22.299 W157 59.378.
