At the 10Years event I promised to mister4ch to place a cache into Victoria Square, so he might get some activity during his lunch breaks.
Here it goes.
[RO] Palatul Victoria.
Construit intre 1937 si 1944 pentru a gazdui Ministerul de Externe ce functiona pana atunci in Palatul Sturdza situat chiar in fata acestuia. Grav avariat de bombardamentele germane din august 1944 este refacut dupa razboi si dat in folosinta in 1952. Pana la Revolutie gazduieste Consiliul de Ministri, iar dupa Revolutie devine sediul Guvernului Romaniei.
Daca nu doresti sa depui vreo plangere la guvern, atunci nu este necesar sa intri. Zona este intens circulata si bine supravegheata, asa incat trebuie sa treci nevazut.
Accesul in zona poate fi restrictionat in timpul actiunilor de protest.

Build between 1937 and 1944 to host the Foreign Affairs Ministry, that was previously hosted by Sturdza Palace right in front of it. The building is seriously damaged by german bombings in august 1944, and repaired until 1952 when became the house of the Council of Ministries. After Revolution it holds the Romanian Government.
If you don't have any complain for the government, than you don't have to enter the yard. Area is crowded and closely watched, be invisible.
Area might be restricted if union street protest take place.
