westyrf: No sign of the cache or TB. It is getting quite overgrown round the park now, so I've decided to call it a day with this cache.

This is one of a couple of caches I have placed around Hartshill park.
The park occupies an area of approximately 32 acres between Shelton New Road and North Street in the north and west, and Hartshill Road and St Dominic's Court in the south and east.
Entrances are situated near St Dominic's Court, St Dominic's School and the Esso Garage on Hartshill Road; on Vicarage Road; on Shelton New Road and on North Street. Car parks are provided at Vicarage Road and St Dominic's (both accessible from Hartshill Road) and North Street.

Hartshill Park is a local nature reserve and is owned by Stoke-on-Trent council. Active use of the park is encouraged and is very popular with dog walkers. Please respect the area and stick to the paths where possible. There are not at present any nesting birds known to be in the vicinity of the cache, but should you encounter a nest, please do not disturb.
