This is Located on Antoine Peak Conservation area. Multiple routes will lead you to this spot. The easiest might be the Robbins Road trail head on the West side of the Conservation Area.
This cache is located just off the 'Low Road' of the conservation area. This road can be taken to transverse from West to East or vice versa. This area down low truely shows one how large the Antoine Peak Conservation area is. It even has more open views of the valley along it's length. This cache can be easily discovered through all four seasons. 3' of snow would not affect this caches location.
