The cache is not at the posted co-ordinates but can be used for

My girlfriend is now in her last year of her Veterinary Technician
course and since I have been helping her with her studies, I
managed to find a way to use what I have been teaching her, in the
world of geocaching.
This cache is designed from her pharmacology course which deals
with prescriptions and dosages administered to animals. Since it
revolves around numbers and math skills, I thought it was a perfect
candidate to become a cache.
Now onto the clinic!
Vet tech: Hello, who do we have here?
Owner:Hi, this is Aeris! She has an appointment for 3:00pm.
Vet tech: What is she here for today?
Owner: She's not feeling well.
Vet tech: Oh really, what's been going on?
Owner: Well, she's been vomiting and seems to be losing weight, but
she still has a good appetite.
Vet tech: Well, it's a good thing that you brought her in today.
Sounds like she needs to be looked at. Let's bring her over to the
scale so we can get her weighed. She's only 6.6 lbs! That's
tiny!
Owner: Well, she used to be 10 pounds just three months ago.
Vet tech: You can head on into the exam room now, the doctor will
be with you shortly.
Doctor: Hello, I'm Doctor Harder. So I understand that Aeris isn't
feeling very well. How long has this been going on for?
Owner: Wee, she started throwing up a few months ago, but not every
day. Maybe a couple of times a week or so, but now it seems like
she's doing it every day!
Doctor: And how has her appetite been?
Owner: Very good! Probably better than usual.
Doctor: Is she drinking normally?
Owner: Yes, that hasn't changed at all.
Doctor: Ok, that's good to hear. I'm just going to give her a
check-up now. Her coat is really dull and her skin is dry and
flaky. Her heart and lungs do sound normal, but her heart rate is
slightly elevated. Also, her temperature is normal and she is well
hydrated. So her main issue here is the vomiting and the weight
loss. She's very thin for a cat her size and she has lost some
muscle mass. I'll have to run some tests to find out exactly what's
going on. We'll start by taking some blood. If you can have a seat
up in the waiting room, I'll bring her out in about 10
minutes.
10 minutes later....Doctor: Ok, Ms. Kitty. We have the results of
Aeris' blood work. It showed that she is hyperthyroid which would
explain her symptoms.
Owner: What does that mean?
Doctor: It means that her thyroid gland is producing an abnormally
high amount of thyroxin.
Owner: Is she going to be okay?
Doctor: Yes, don't worry. It's easily treatable. I'll give you a
prescription to give her and she'll be just fine in about a
month.
Owner: Thank you very much Dr. Harder!
Doctor: I'll give my Vet Tech the prescription to fill and she will
instruct you on how much to give Aeris and when.
Doctor: Nurse, could you come over here please?
Vet tech: Yes, Dr. Harder, what can I do for you?
Doctor: I need you to fill this prescription for me and advise the
client on how to administer it to her cat.
Vet tech: Absolutely Dr. Harder!
The prescription is as follows:
The patient requires 1mg/kg of Nembutal twice daily for the first
two days. Then the same dosage once daily for the next 7 days. Then
reduce the dosage to 0.5mg/kg once daily for 7 days. And then
0.5mg/kg once a week for the remainder of the month. The medication
comes in 1mg tablets.
How many tablets will the Vet Tech need to fill the prescription
for the entire month of November starting on November 1st?
Take the number of tablets the Vet Tech needs and divide it by 100.
Subtract that number from the North co-ordinates and add that
number to the West co-ordinates, listed here:
N 43 06.281 W 079 12.664
Have fun and happy caching!
