The cache is no longer in the stairwell. A combination of winter closures and removal of the cache when the stairwell was painted has led us to find a new hiding spot close by. The new coords have been posted, the description and hint have been edited, and the difficulty adjusted (decreased).

It is also no longer in the vertical drain pipe as a torrential downpour knocked it from it magnetic perch. The new coords have been posted and the hint has been edited.
