Geocache Description:


Walking through the neighborhoods of Carmel-by-the-Sea I ran across Forest Hills Park. A little further into the park I found an unexpected grove of redwood trees and a little bridge. What do you know "a forest in the forest" and yes, a perfect place for a cache. There is something peaceful about standing under the canopy of redwood trees as you will see.

This cache is a container filled with better than usual SWAG. Parking might be a bit tricky since there are "no parking" signs everywhere. You might want to park in town and make the walk. Replace the cache better than you found it please. Your GPS may jump around in this area due to heavy tree cover. Be nice to yourself and use the hint.
