Geocache Description:

This is an easy park and grab in the small town of Avard. There are rumors of ghostly hauntings in the once High School Gymnasium. Bring your own pen. This is a log only.

Vina Rae's Grill & Graze is in a building that was once the high school gym. An interesting theory of the haunting is that back in the 50's there was a woman murdered in Avard that was burned to death in her car. Her husband was the basketball coach in that gym for a very long time and the theory is that possibly this woman is manifesting as the burning smell and returning to the place she and her husband spent a lot of time in.

If you're interested in finding out more about this place, there are a few ghost investigative sites out there that document it's investigations.

If you're brave enough, this might make a fun night cache!
