Geocache Description:

The cache is hidden in Higashi Chaya area.

Higashi chaya region has many chaya; men in Edo era played with sake, foods and Geisha (dancer/singer) girls in such of areas. The Chaya did complete arrangement of night leisure. Currently many historical Japanese house is still remaining in Higashi (east) Chaya town.

One of the property of historical houses in Kanazawa is the black tile of the roof. The tile is heated and melt the snow quick in winter. Many architects in Owari clan (current Aichi prefecture) were working, and there's a name Owarichou (Owari town) around here.

Be careful of sightseeing muggles, not to be seen, nor avoid taking pictures.

東茶屋にはかつて、多くのお茶屋さんがありました。現在でも、木造の美しい家が多数残っています。

金沢の古い家の特徴は、黒いレンガ吹きの屋根でしょう。冬には集熱して雪を速く溶かす効果もあります。建築のために尾張の職人が多数よばれ、この付近にも尾張町という地名が残っています。

観光マグルが多いので、見つかったり写真を撮るのを邪魔したりしないよう注意してください。
