Nexus-Wanderer: This cache has been here for seven years and the container is falling apart. I am also finding that I do not get to this area as often as I once did so I can not maintain the cache so it is time to archive this one.

Geocache Description:

We received a cache container and geocoin for Christmas and decided that we should place the cache near were we received it.

This cache is place in a location with a great view of the Verde River. It is not going to be a difficult find, but it will require a high ground clearance vehicle or a hike. We set the cache while teaching a new Geocacher the ins-and-outs of the sport.

The closest paved road to the cache is located in the community of Rio Verde. You should not attempt to cross the golf course to get to this cache. You can access the area from the north by a vehicle with decent ground clearance.
