This is one of those hidden gems of a camping/picnic grounds that you would normally drive right on by and never bother to wander in. You will need to walk a short way for this one. Keep an eye on younger kids as there are some steep drop offs from rocks, etc.

Cach is a standard poly pipe type container with usual swaps, etc.
It can be hard to get good fix on co-ordinates due to large rock formations in area.
Access road into Cranky Rock is now fully sealed and suitable for caravans. It is a very peaceful spot with lots of birds about. Camping and picnic facilities available with powered or unpowered sites for a small fee, BBQ, shower & toilets. Caretaker on site. Some good walks in the bush and swimming and fishing in the river.
