Geocache Description:

The CO for this cache is a member of the MSGA (Mississippi Geocaching Association). When he is home, he often finds TBs with missions for travelling overseas.

So, DocWahala thought it would be great if there was someplace he could take these TBs and help them start their international travel. And they probably won't be there very long, because DocWahala has introduced Geocaching to a few of his friends from the UK.
