The cache is a camo-painted hand cream container which when hidden contained logging items and various coinage from around the world.
This cache is in a rural area near Kaitaia, near rare remnants of lowland native bush, now generally absent from the New Zealand landscape. Under this location is a massive underground fresh water lake, the Sweetwater Aquifer. Some day this may provide Kaitaia with a more reliable water supply.
Please only place overseas coins in this cache - no NZ or Australian coins.
