Cape Collinson, also known as Hak Kok Tau, is situated at one of the most eastern corners of Hong Kong Island, named after Colonel Thomas Bernard Collinson.
Located at the Cape Collinson is a lighthouse that guards the Eastern Approaches to Hong Kong Harbour. In its proximity, you may also find some WWII relics including the Collinson Battery and the Searchlight Tower. It is also a favourite spot for rock fishing.
The cache is located right at the tip of the Cape Collinson.
To get to the cache, go to Siu Sai Wan Promenade, find your way to the lighthouse. On the left there is a very steep descent to the waterfront.
Warning: Do not attempt on rainy days. The path downhill and the rocks can be treacherous. Dangerous hanging cliffs beyond GZ in south and south west direction. If you find yourself climbing high cliffs, something is wrong!
