The Belle City Coffee Clutch is organizing this event in coordination with Earth Day. The check-in location will be the south shelter at Pritchard Park near the ascribed coordinates. Permission to use this shelter has been granted by the Racine County Public Works Department.

Geocaching 101:
If you are new to geocaching or just a little rusty, this is a great opportunity to get into it. Geocaching is a worldwide treasure hunt played with a gps in over 30 countries. This is just our little corner of the world.
1. Sighting in. If you have ever wondered how different GPSrs are, here is your chance to see it for yourself. At sign in each cacher will be issued a flag. A location will be given to put into your GPS. Place your flag as close to your zero as possible and compare to other geocachers GPSr's.
2. If you are rusty or new this your chance to geogab with some of Racine's top dogs in the geocaching world on the subjects of what to look for or maybe help with a cache you just can't find.
C.I.T.O (cach in trash out):
This is just a part of caching. Leave nothing behind. As cachers we get to go to places the normal public never get to see. During the spring many parks need a little clean up.
1. Each cacher will be issued a garbage bag at sign in. As we go through the day to find the new caches place in the park for the event, pick up and carry out any trash you see.
2. Work gloves are encouraged but not provided
Door prizes:
There will be door prizes at 1:00pm featuring donations from Groundspeak. What will we get?
Group photo:
Right after the door prizes a group photo will be taken.
Beverages will be provided by the B.C.C.C. We do have the shelter if you would like to bring a picnic lunch.
New permanent caches at Pritchard Park, and nearby, will be listed for the event as well. Hope to see you all there.
