If you enjoy finding Restin’ series caches and/or you enjoy learning about local history then this cache will be of great interest to you.
Please take the time to read about the history of this memorial ground, which is contained on the plaques near the flag pole.
In a weatherproof location under one of the plaques you will find a visitor register which I urge you to sign.
Should you be a, Wiltsie descendent, you will find a separate log in which you can record your visit.
Because of the uniqueness of this cache location I have left the details of the site for you to discover.
The cache container is a handmade wooden box suitable for this cache location.
The container is retained by magnets and is easily removed to give access to the log
Access to the cemetery is available year round, in the SUMMER one can drive to the entrance gate, in the WINTER depending on the depth of the snow it may be necessary to park along the County Road about 100 meters (Approximately) from the cemetery gate.
For a short distance the public road and the neighbor’s driveway are shared. Please do not block the neighbor’s access to their driveway.
The neighbor who lives adjacent to the cemetery is aware that a cache has been placed in the cemetery..
The cache container is intended only to hold the logbook.
PLEASE - do not leave trade items in the cache container.
PLEASE - bring a pen to sign the visitor and cache logs.
