Geocache Description:

6 year old Maddy lost her Daddy to a terrible car accident on New Year's day. The driver that hit her pedestrian daddy was given a field sobriety test and failed at 2 times the legal limit. He was knocked into a deep coma and never recovered.

We can't bring Maddy's Daddy back, but we can honor his memory with a cache at a favorite location to hang out - Sneaky Falls. There is a waypoint suggesting closest parking to the cache and the trail down to the falls. Bring a swim suit in the summer and enjoy the deep pool of water at the base of the falls.

Regular sized ammo can cache contains many trade items and a picture of Maddy and her Daddy, to share with the geocaching community. Maddy's Daddy would often accompany The Gamblers or Team Geo-Rangers on their caching adventures in Shasta County.

While we all terribly miss Maddy's Daddy, this cache points out local knowledge and a wonderful place to visit. Life is precious; enjoy every moment!
