Number 22 of the "Day Filler" series! This should be another park and grab for most, although there are a few places to look. Cache is just a short distance from the road.
Beware of the smell...you are close to the water treament center and if the wind is blowing the "wrong" direction...you might find yourself holding your breath for a bit!
Nearby is the entrance to Murphy Lake! During it's debut it was a fabulous fishing place. We haven't been there much since the flood (and the opening of Prarie Park Fishery), butit's still a very nice place to visit. In the spring you can visit the geese watching closely over their nests while listening to the hundreds of frogs croaking accross the lake!
