Cache at the site of the 100 year old Armoury building, lost since the 1960's. Information and photos of the building are included in the cache.
This is intended to be the first of a series of similar informational caches in the Cold Christmas area
The cache is a few minutes walk from a single track country road, though there is nowhere obvious to park in the immidiate vicinity. From the road there is a short footpath to the cache, easily walkable even for young children, but steep enough that you would want to push a bike up it and can be muddy in wet weather. Not suitable for wheelchair users.
