Geocache Description:

Easy to find cache on the San Juan County Land Bank's Frazer Preserve.

You could make this easy and park on Rosler Road right in front of the 'No Parking' sign but that wouldn't be fun. Instead, park at the San Juan National Historic Park American Camp Interpretive Center. Hike the trail along the west side of the San Juan County Land Bank's Frazer Preserve and grab three caches while hiking this new Land Bank aquisition.
Hugh1 has hidden a cache at the south end of the trail, this cache is near the north end of the trail and you can walk down Rosler Road and then find San Juan Survey Marker a little ways down my driveway.
The cache itself is a PVC pipe with erasers inside. Why erasers? They don't rot, they are unaffected by water and these erasers are pretty fun! There's a Write-in-the-Rain log book and a pencil, so it's pretty much self contained.
As with all of my caches, it's not the cache itself but the location. I think you'll find the trail a nice one to hike on. The local trails committee has grand plans for trails going from town to American Camp. This is a great start.
