Geocache Description:

This is a quick 3-stage multi-puzzle that must be done at night with good visibility. The final is a park and grab with no bushwhacking required.

Go to the posted coordinates, do a 360-degree visual scan, and count the number of flashing red lights on tower-like structures to obtain the number "A".

Then go to waypoint #2 and repeat the procedure to obtain the number "B".

Now use these two numbers in the following equation to obtain the cache coordinates:
