This is the Ghost Ridaz first shot at hiding a cache. You might want to park on West Street and walk to the location. Not too far from there. If you see a old muggler across the street smoking a cigarette, just wave at her, she has no clue what you are doing!! This is a small cache, so BYOP.
CONGRATS to Kissgppa4 for being FTF and spotting the old smoking muggler! Bonus points for that one!
