The Pit Traditional Cache

Regular size container. If you need the tool to open it, look within 3 feet of the cache for tool shown in photo. When closing container, use fingers only in order to keep the container from being hard to open for the next cacher.

Access is from SR87 onto Forest Service Road 208. Turn right onto Forest Service Road 208A and park at locked gate at end of road. Look at the photo below to see the easy route.

Do not bring trailers, motor homes, or your wife's Mercedes Benz on FS 208A. Turn around space is minimal and road is more appropriate for small SUVs, Jeeps, pickups, ATVs or horses. Do not use road after rain.
