My buddy and his family come to town a few times a year to play hockey here. He coaches the Stockton Colts and both of his boys have grown up in the organization. The older the boys get, the more intense the games are. There were fights, penalties, screaming, cussing and even injuries and that's just what I witnessed in the stands! OK, I might have exaggerated that last part a little bit....but not much. My loyalties split at 51% Colts and 49% Thunder. I live in Sacramento County, but my God-daughter's big brother skates for Stockton. It was a physical,hard played game today with the Colts coming out on top 4 - 2.
I got the idea to hide a cache here during the second period when I noticed both team names would work for some challenges around town - Your welcome!
Luckily I always carry a generic cache container (camoed pill bottle) with me just for a spur of the moment idea like this. I will try to replace it with something more appropriate soon.
p.s. I have one last thing to say about hockey mom's.....
.......I think they eat soccer mom's for breakfast?!?
