This bush cache is situated on a great round trip walk which will give you a taster of what the Nelson Lakes National Park has to offer.
You'll see beech forests, swamps, rock skree's, lichen beds, alpine creeks, lake views and plenty of wild life - all in about 90 minutes. Good shoes are a good idea.
You'll find the cache hidden & covered off track a little on a landmark of sorts. Satilite coverage can come and go a bit in the bush, but the co-ords should be within 6m or so. The cache is a black 400ml snap lock container with logbook, pencil & room for small swaps. It started off with a bee figurine.
Please re-cover the cache well!
