I'm gunna be a big tree when I grow up....another Mt Hayes cache.....Access to cache is via a side road tagged with bright yellow sign..." 3 timberlands"... you may have to hike in a bit for this one... you have to earn this 3.5 terrain award
Cache is hanging, small NOT camoed container... it is in a young pine tree grove ...(it is hanging in a pair of two young pine trees, down low and at the back..) behind the big burnt out stump that stands guard nearby..
Take a look at how long the needles are on these trees...wow..
Cache will be hard to do in summer , as the undergrowth will grow lots...maybe there will be a geo-trail by then.. GPS reading so-so, due to heavy fog at time of placement.. better coords always appreciated..
