This, as the name suggests, is the second cache in the sporting tour of Port Macquarie.
This cache is located near the dedicated hockey fields in Port.
This field is the home ground for all hockey clubs within the area.
There are many Port based clubs with neighbouring towns vistiing often to play (Wauchope, Taree etc).
These fields are relatively new to the hockey association opening in 1995.
The PMHH (Port Macquarie Hastings Hockey) recently invested 120,000 in to lighting to enable night games to comply with the national standards.
The feilds near the cache have been 'in play' since 1995 with continual improvements by the association who are responsible for maintaining the council owned land.
