Geocache Description:

Stage 6 seems to be missing...so until I can get out to fix you can add +493 to the NORTH and subtract -67 from the WEST of the cords you find for STAGE 5 to get the cords STAGE 7.......

 This Multi-Cache takes you on a hiking and/or biking tour of the O-Hill and Rivanna Trail system between Fountaine Ave. and Ivy Road.

12-Stage Multi cache involving MANY waypoints hidden within matchstick containers...each showing the next waypoint and a encrypted hint for that find. These container are attached to objects along your path within 75 ft of trails. Please DO NOT move these containers or take next stage information. Final Cache container is a Ammo Box

There is a GEO bumper sticker and unactivated TB for the FTF cacher!!!!!

Follow your GPS and stay on the trail from there!! Take a pencil and paper to write down the waypoints and hints!! The hints are encrypted using the ROT-13 caesar cipher.....so bring a conversion sheet with you if you want to use the hints during your hunt!!!!(highly recommended)

You need to hike or bike the trails to get to ALL the points. Bushwhacking will take longer. Stay on the trails and respect the park trail system. NOTE: After finding Stage 5 and Stage 6....please head WEST on trail to next trail intersections prior to heading to next stage....This will keep you out of private property(clearly marked by signs) that adjoins the trail system. The riavanna trail sections can be quite muddy after a wet spell....so hiking is the a better option during those times. Parking is NOT available close to the cache points. Bringing along a copy of the O-hill trail system is highly recommended for those unfamiliar with the trails.

I did four research runs of this multi and all but two were within 10 ft. of GZ.....but the hints should be a dead giveaway for the 2 that I had the most variation with the cords due to tree canopy and I took an average!!!!! Feedback would be GREAT....but please do not include any cords in your log....send me that information in an email :)

03/28/12 Update: Replaced missing/removed Stage 8 and moved Stage 6 to match cords better...hints for both still apply.
