Geocache Description:

Small cache within feet of the trail.

This cache is the second in a series of caches placed in "secret" stairs around Oakland. I grew up taking walks through the neighborhood using these stairs as short cuts! They were originally built in the early 1900's to make it easier for commuters to get to the street cars.

The cache is a small tupperware. There is no need to leave the paved pathway, do not go in to the bushes! Bring your own pen.
