You are looking for a well camo'd container near a local eating establishment. We lived near here for almost a year before we discovered the awesome culinary treats available close by.
There's room for small trade items. Bring your own writing stick. As always, watch out for Muggles, though they should not be a problem on this one. Please place the cache back exactly where you found it.
