This cache is dedicated to my short stint into the restaurant business while I was owner of little restaurant in down town Katy.
While I had my own restaurant, I drove past this landmark every day. At one time there were three of these landmarks, one yellow, one blue, and one red. But now there is only one. This cache is dedicated to my brief stint into the restaurant world.
