This is part of WCT's I Spy Series, which is based on the
children's book.
The reason why it's "spooky night" is because I placed it at night
and it would spooky if you came from the other side! (Access from
E. Roseville Pkwy.) This is a quick find. I'm pretty sure my
coordinates are close, but it would help if the first few cachers
provided their coordinates if they know they have accurate GPSr's.
