Hi there,

A few days ago, I got a weird email from some American through Geocaching.com - no idea who he was. He went on about some far-fetched plot to take out the GPS satellite network, and wanted help from a sympathetic cacher here in the SE! (I'd be surprised if I was the only person he contacted - did he try you too?) To be honest, I thought it was probably a scam ... but replied anyway! :-(

A couple of days later, I got an email back from him - even more weird! But, admittedly, of some interest to a puzzler! You can check out the emails on my website - here.

The thing is, my next reply and a couple more since have all bounced - seems that his mail account has been disabled. It's probably nothing, but I guess I am a little concerned. Can't believe I'm even thinking this, let alone typing it ... but if there is any truth in his story, and they (whoever they might be!) have got to him, then maybe I'll be next.

I figure my only option is to try to get to the bottom of it. I'll be honest, saving Geocaching is all well and good, but I'm more interested in saving my own skin! I've taken a look at the stuff he sent me, but you know what I'm like with codes, passwords, etc. - takes me ages to get anywhere! So, any chance of a little help?

I don't want to put you in any unnecessary danger, so if you do manage to find anything, don't move it, just let me know.

Thanks,
IceColdUK

p.s. Checked out the coords from the photo and found a couple of things that might just be significant. Also did a bit of online research, and it seems that this isn't the first time Frank has uncovered a conspiracy. Maybe I'm right to be concerned...

p.p.s. I've made some headway on the encypted message - don't want to spoil it for you though! You can now validate your decode on my website - here.

Congratulations on the FTF to Kermit&Co.
