Looking at satellite photos of this park before 2007 nothing is
there. By 2009, St. Johns River Water Management District and
Orange County transformed the 40+/- acres into a pond, wetlands,
and walking pathways. Now there are quite a number of birds and
wildlife that can be seen there. The park is part of SJRWMD's Lake
Apopka North shore restoration efforts. To find the cache, stay on
the walkways and bridges.
You do not need to get wet to find the cache.
