The exact spot where those higher strung folks from Houston meet the easier going rest of the known universe... at least to the west.
It has been 8 years since I made the move from Houston. This is the meeting point for those in SA and A to meet up with those in H. Every weekend likely, but for me, it is every 1st 3rd and 5th. Sometimes it is just like the movies here on Friday and Sunday nights. Sit here long enough and you get to see all the other loitering parents.
Not too easy a hide, something to do and have in place, maybe one Friday or Sunday night I'll catch a cacher or three.
