Geocache Description:


I happened to be hanging out at the lake today, and I noticed that there was a little island on the north end of Devil's Lake. Since I enjoy finding island caches so much, I thought I would hide one. It was hidden on the day of the world famous Devil's Lake Tip-Up. On 2-5-11, there was 20 to 24 inches of ice. Snowmobiles, ATVs, and trucks are allowed on the ice, so the terrain rating would be considerably less if you get it soon. I have included coordinates for the public access location. Launch your boat here, if attempting via watercraft. Use your best judgment on how... or IF... you should attempt this one, it is not for everyone.
