I will have a donation Jar at the check-in table to help pay for the banquet room. If there are enough of us that actually have supper there then the room will be at no charge.
As we get closer to the event date I hope to have an estimate on what that charge will be. (if any)
They have a great selection so bring your foolish appetites along with you.


In your attending log please let me know the following so I can pass on info to The Weathervane so they have enough staff on duty. (And so we are not charged for the room).
