Geocache Description:

I felt that Ft. Toulouse needed a few more caches to bring more people out to this beautiful place. This cache is places near but not in one of the forts. Find out which fort (French-Indian or American) and that ties back to the title. Also, there is a toothpick stuck into the glue by the cache to help get the scroll out. Please just stick it back in the hole or place it under the cache out of site.
