I've lived in near to where this cache is placed for more than 10 years now, and until some work was done on the nearby cycle track had no idea that this area existed. I was even more surprised when I ventured out to find a suitable hiding place for it and came across.......well, you'll have to go and see for yourself!
Although I was the only person around on the rainy afternoon I dropped it off, I imagine there could be a few muggles and their four-legged friends in view on occasion. It was also very slippery in places, so beware if the weather has been damp.
I would say this isn't suitable for buggies, but would be fine for small children, although they may need a hand hold at times.
You might need to look carefully for this cache. It isn't one that jumps out at you! It's too small to contain any items, trackables etc, and you'll need to bring your own writing implement.
