Geocache Description:

Spruce Hill Lake is part of the former watershed for Halifax. There are a few ways to access this location. You can walk to it during the winter, over the ice (be careful, and ensure adequate thickness - 6" or more according to HRM - safety is your responsibility), bushwhack around the point or by boat.. This area is a beautiful step back in time, be sure to pickup the other caches in the area if you haven't yet....make a day of it.

While making my way to Abandon Ship! I had to walk around the point...so I figured this was a great place for a cache. The container has only a log in it, so bring a writing device.
