tealeaf: Went to check on this and the cache spot is indeed cordoned off. The cache is gone and likely one of the workers thought it was something way out of place. We don't have WarHawk40's wonderful crafting ingenuity so we'll have to let this one go. It was one of their best.

Geocache Description:

This cache is using the same container as a cache we had to archive. We managed to locate the muggled container, which was disturbed by road-workers, so we're sure some of you will have seen it before. Please replace water proofing and lock container exactly as it was found. The only hint is in the name and previous sentence. This is a log-only with a dollar bill for FTF. Have fun! Bill and Sandy.
