Der Tiergarten liegt im Berliner Bezirk Mitte und war früher einmal
ein Jagdrevier, daher auch der Name.
Er wurde in seiner heutigen Form um 1830 vom Landschaftsarchitekten
Peter Joseph Lenné entworfen und war vor der Wiedervereinigung Teil
Westberlins.
