This geocache is about 250 yards off trail in thick mountain laurel. The box is located up on a rock that overlooks Camp Blue Ridge. Hike up to Spy Rock, Continue north on Appalachian trail until it begins decent off ridge at N37 49.928 W079 06.778. Trust the GPS, the rock is there and the view is nice. Congrats to HD JP and Silvertop1 on FTF.
The best way to get to this Geocatche is to hike to the AT trailhead from Montebello Fish Hatchery hiker parking lot. Once you hit the AT trail, head north (towards Spy Rock). Continue north on AT trail until you get to (N37 49.928 W079 06.778) then head out the ridge into the mountain laurel. The GC is on the top of the rock.
