While I have only seen one in Iowa one time, Loons do pass through
Iowa on their way to and from their summer nesting areas in Canada,
Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Michigan. 
This cache is a thank you to Dawnandgary for the birdwatching that
we have enjoyed this winter. DAWNANDGARY, YOU GUYS
ROCK! The bird caches have been awesome!
With all of the caches that you have been putting out, we figured
you might enjoy searching for one in your neck of the woods.
No need to climb any fences for this one. The cache container is a
4-inch flexible tube with a pull-off / push-on lid. Lil' Red
pathtag for the first to find prize.
