brady'sbunch: ARCHIVED. I was a geocaching fool before moving to Orange Beach...but after getting here, we spent so much time doing other outdoor activities that geocaching fell to the wayside. Sorry for taking this prime spot for so long. There is a unique history to this island that can be capitalized on.

Geocache Description:

Robinson's Island is a haven for the locals who know how to catch some sun. You'll need a kayak, boat, paddle board, or good swimming skills for this one...The cache is placed on the end of the island where most fear to tread but really should. Nearby you will find what seems to be the foundation of the old Robinson place as well as a great place to go fishing (because the island drops off drastically on this end). A good starting point for going at this one would be Boggy Point which is located at the end of Marina Road. Have fun!

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SWIM ACROSS! CURRENT IS AT TIMES VERY STRONG.
