Rules:
Caches must be in the following counties to be nominated: Harris,
Galveston, Brazoria, Ft. Bend, Montgomery, Waller, Chambers,
Liberty, San Jacinto, Grimes and Walker. Nominated caches and logs
must have been placed or occurred in between 10-1-09 and 12-31-10.
All nominated caches must not be archived and must be kept active
for voters to visit during the nominating and voting periods. If a
cache is disabled during the voting period for maintenance, it will
not be disqualified. If it is disabled for more than 2 weeks, it
will be disqualified
Voting:
The nominations deadline was January 31, and voting ends on March
31st.
