....but where is the pond? This cache is situated on Pondside Lane, a short walk from the town of Bishop's Waltham, where the pond can be found. The cache can be easily approached from 4 different footpaths / bridleways though some may be muddy after rain. Best approach with buggies / small children is from the Vernon Hill direction if it has been wet.
Following two muggling incidents, and the destruction of the original hiding place, the long established cache has been replaced with a micro, within a few metres of original location. You are now looking for a "Bison" container which only contains a log book. Bring your own pen.
The Cache is close to Northbrook Vineyard and water pumping station, which both provide different styles of refreshment to the local population!
This cache is easily reached by circular walks from Bishop's Waltham, and can be combined with a number of other nearby caches, before returning for well earned refreshment in the town.
