Geocache Description:

Time to get your tires dirty!

Congrats to the W-RH Bulldogs on their 2010 NCHSAA 1A State Football Championship, their second in two years and their 28th straight win! This championship caps a perfect 16-0 season!

You'll be looking for a normal-sized ammo can in a small patch of woods just off of I-40 on Highway 11.
Not too far away from here sits Wallace-Rose Hill HS; home of the 2009 and 2010 State Champ Bulldogs. This year, they struggled to a slim margin of victory over the Bulldogs from Murphy, NC with a career-long field goal in light rain and sleet from Jose Flores. This victory demonstrated the importance of extra points. Murphy failed to acheive any on their touchdowns and it cost them the game.

This ammo can was painted at the 2010 Fall Fling at Lake Norman State Park this past fall. Enjoy your hunt - please rehide as best you can! If you have problems re-establishing the hide, please let me know!
