A winter friendly spot Traditional Cache

A magnetic in a parking lot.
No great challenge here. I was just itching to place a cache and everywhere I looked all I could see was snow, snow, and more snow. I was determined to find a spot that was not only driveable but also "walkable". Even when I was lucky enough to find a hide that I could drive to, I'd get there and get intimidated by the thigh-high snow. Then I saw this little spot and I thought maybe you all were itching for a new cache just as much as I was itching to hide one.
As I said, no big challenge here, just more MCD fodder.
And just for the record, I did wade through some pretty deep snow to do maintenence, but I didn't enjoy it.
When there is no snow, this is wheelchair accessible.
