Where were you 100 years ago... Traditional Cache
iowaPete: This cache has been a lot of fun to put out and maintain, but I'm afraid that it has reached its end. Many cachers have found and enjoyed this cache. I'm grateful to all who chased and found it, and for all the wonderful comments, but it is time to put this cache to bed...
Thanks!

...when this "caching spot" started growing? An ammo box is nestled in, near this magnificent specimen of nature's past. It's demise is a cache owners gain.
This is a traditional ammo box with NON-traditional items (including kid-friendly swag) inside. Your mission, should you decide to endure it, is to sign the log and put everything back as before. A Where's George dollar is included for first-to-sign!
The idea for the container content was commandeered from a cache I'd read about that is located in the SW United States. I modified it a bit for our purposes. Hope it's frustratingly enjoyable for you.
While not a requirement, when logging your find, I'd love to know how many times you "attempted" to sign the log before succeeding. You'll understand what I mean when you open the container.
Please put everything back as you found it. It will close up if you take the time to re-assemble all. :)
I also encourage feedback. Thanks!
